For anyone dealing with cervical discomfort, I can’t recommend Michelle at Athletico on Elston more highly. She helped me regain mobility, stability, and strength through my initial injury and any flare ups that came up along the way. She is the nicest person, so knowledgeable, and I refer all my personal training clients to her if they experience a limitation from sport or activity.
The staff was incredible, and kept me accountable with working hard to get back from injury. I would recommend all the therapists and assistants I worked with!
Let me tell the story of Michelle, Clara, Roz, Mark, and Roz. First of all, Michelle is the lead physical therapist for me at the Midtown Lincoln Park location after I smashed my knees snowboarding on a wall of ice in February. Not the worst injury, but no walk in the park. After 15 sessions, I can now run in the park -- and go back to tennis.
