I see all the great reviews. Merrillville location. We'll mine is different. My husband had knee replacement 2 weeks ago and I went in there to give them a referral for therapy from the VA. She stated I needed something saying he needed referral stating how many visits. They went and copied anyways. I gave her my husband's phone number and told her I would have him call the VA.
