A super clean facility, excellent staff all around from all the assistants, front desk, billing, and my PT Chase is the absolute BEST! Not only the best experience I have ever had with a provider, AND they are so thoughtful, and cares about their patients success. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Chase was so well educated and understood my needs entirely. They are the best! I had a bad experience with physical therapy in the past and Chase made sure that they explained every step carefully and really gently guided me through fairly challenging but necessary exercises. My severe winter pain greatly improved with their help. I even felt like I learned more about what was going on with my body and better understood my condition.
Such a great vibe at Athletico Physical Therapy! Chase was amazing, super patient, knowledgeable, and really tuned into my chronic pain. She adjusted everything so it actually felt helpful (not overwhelming), and I walked away feeling more confident about what I can do at home. Big shoutout to Karima at the front desk for making my veteran referral and insurance process so easy and stress-free & Beth for stepping in to help with babysitting when I almost had to cancel. That level of care really meant a lot.
Excellent, caring, knowledgeable physical therapy. Chase was a fantastic physical therapist.
