I came here for two separate injuries and worked with Rome to get back to cycling at a high level. I always looked forward to my PT sessions because I felt progression after each one. Rome listened to my goals and created a stretch and exercise plan that I will continue even after getting discharged. Happy to report I finished my hardest bike event of the year with ZERO pain after 118 miles and 10,000 feet of climbing! I highly recommend Athletico in Lincoln Square for any physical therapy needs. In January, I tore my quad tendon, had surgery a week later and began PT two weeks after surgery. My Physical Therapist, Rome, took the time to understand my goals and customized a program for me to meet my goals. He pushed me but also showed care throughout my program.
