I had an amazing experience at Athletico Physical Therapy - Lincoln Park SoNo. Shital was incredible—warm, kind, and so personable. I genuinely looked forward to my appointments because of her. She’s also dry needling certified, which can be intimidating, but she made it feel like no big deal and kept me completely at ease. The whole team is fantastic. Ruth is a gift and miracle worker! I came during my third trimester with SI joint pain and couldn’t walk without severe pain. She had me back to normal in 3 visits. Then we focused on pelvic floor therapy as my pelvic floor tone was very high aka very tight. My biggest concern was tearing during birth and the perennial massage and education Ruth gave me was transformative! I feel so grateful for the pelvic floor therapy support and professionals at this office. If you are pregnant or postpartum , please consider this. Shital and Ruth are very diligent and knowledgeable in this area and made a tremendous impact for my health. Absolutely recommend!
I had a fantastic experience at Athletico SoNo. Shital is very attentive and understanding. My shoulder, back and hip are much better!
