I have seen Mati for two previous injuries and he has helped me tremendously. I still and will use the exercises he prescribed me for years to come! Good to be treated by a fellow runner. Would recommend Mati and Athletico to all
Mati Arndt at Athletico Lakeview was very thorough in my treatment. He evaluated my needs and assigned relevant exercises to strengthen my core, most of which I can continue to do at home. Also helpful: he covered holistic aspects to optimizing physical mobility. I would gladly work with him again, if needed.
I had a fantastic experience with Athletico on Broadway after dealing with an Achilles injury. I came in seeking help, and Mati Arndt was exceptional in understanding my pain and creating a plan that brought me to a much better state. Had the best experience at Athletico in Lakeview East, and couldn't recommend Danielle Spellman more. I came in with high hopes of a speedy recovery and Danielle did a great job of advancing my healing while managing my expectations. Every session she touched base with me about how my injury was feeling, and built the curriculum around what my body needed at that time.
