Came in for plantar fasciitis with the (I thought ambitious) goal of getting back to running 5Ks in 8 weeks after 6 months of not running at all. 7 and a half weeks later I’m running 3+ miles again thanks to Alec, John and the team.

I've been to this Athletico location twice actually. Earlier this year with Nancy for OT and most recently PT with Eddy for a pickleball injury. Love the location, parking and scheduling was easy. I really appreciated working with Eddy. We met twice weekly, did some dry needling, and he helped me develop a home plan. I was out for 2 months but after just a month of returning to play I'm back to normal speed and winning tournaments. I'm still using the tips and tricks he provided to avoid a re-injury. Thanks Eddy!

Highly recommend! Spent almost 5 months with Alec & team rehabbing after back to back hip surgeries. The environment is professional. Everyone is friendly & encouraging. Alec brought me back to life.
