I came to Athletico after serious back surgery. The team here listened to me an my concerns putting together an amazing program which had helped me go down the healing path. They aren’t just amazing professionals but good people as well which makes being in PT a great and positive experience.
Maggie is the best. I had my baby about three months ago and had a 3 finger diastasis according to my doctor. Maggie helped me figure out how to reconnect with my pelvic floor and core muscles and I feel so much more confident in my movement. I’m back in the gym, and I feel safer doing more around the house and at work. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for pelvic floor/core PT!
Really great experience at the Grayslake Athletico. All the staff are friendly and helpful. My hand therapist, Karen Milchuck, treated me with respect and kindness. She encouraged me every day and was professional and very knowledgeable. I have the utmost respect and confidence in her. I had an amazing experience with Steven and the Athletico staff! They are professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. My physical therapist took the time to listen to my concerns, create a personalized plan, and guide me through each step of my recovery in returning to sport. Highly recommend.
Great care, hands on therapy and encouragement was provided by Kimberly M. This was my second attempt at rehab (from another company) after a TKR last year. In late March, I started at Athletico barely being able to bend, straighten my knee or walk without the assistance of a cane. Kim taught me to walk properly with confidence. I was also provided with a home exercise program to continue the progress I've made. I am grateful for the excellent care Kim and the staff provided. I would highly recommend this location.
