Athletico Gold Coast is the best place to do physical therapy for so many reasons. All of the therapists have such knowledgeable and professional insight, but keep it fun and enjoyable with their positive energy. From my first appointment to my last, George and Kristen were committed to helping me with my knee pain. They also educated me on different exercises that I could do at home to continue strengthening my knee when I was ready to be discharged. Consistently first class
This place doesn't inform their patients about any copay amounts but only told me "we are in network with your insurance." They engaged in surprise billing by charging $500 copay for the three visits I had with them. I had to go on the payment plan to pay that off. They never informed the patient that they are in the Tier 2 category, in which the patient has to pay 50% of the charges for every visit. I loved my experience at Athletico Gold Coast! I worked with Kristin and George for about 6 weeks. I looked forward to my appointments with them and they made my experience so positive and fun. Would highly recommend this location and both of them. :)
