Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff
A billing nightmare OR just a SCAM - I'm not sure! This team has sent me to collections 3 times in 3 years, for mistakes they themselves made. I decided to pay out of pocket ANYWAY, and they are coming after me again. I went about 7 times in 2022 - I cant remember. But I'm covered by TWO different PPO insurance policies. Two. They somehow billed my second policy over my first and created some sort of issue. We exchanged HUNDREDS of calls and emails trying to resolve it. I thought it was fixed. I can't say enough good things about the team at this Athletico. The atmosphere is always positive and high-energy, and every staff member is attentive and welcoming. I've been working with Gianna, and she is an outstanding physical therapist. She not only provided a thorough assessment but also created a personalized plan that has led to amazing results. I highly recommend this location (even if, like me, it's a little bit further away than other locations)!
I worked with Gianna for my plantar fasciitis and she skillfully guided me back to 100% mobility after a long and painful journey. Thank you Gianna and the others at Athletico Glenview for your patience and assistance.
