A billing nightmare OR just a SCAM - I'm not sure! This team has sent me to collections 3 times in 3 years, for mistakes they themselves made. I decided to pay out of pocket ANYWAY, and they are coming after me again. I went about 7 times in 2022 - I cant remember. But I'm covered by TWO different PPO insurance policies. Two. I can't say enough good things about the team at this Athletico. The atmosphere is always positive and high-energy, and every staff member is attentive and welcoming. I've been working with Gianna, and she is an outstanding physical therapist. She not only provided a thorough assessment but also created a personalized plan that has led to amazing results. I highly recommend this location (even if, like me, it's a little bit further away than other locations)!

Recently I had to have major knee surgery due to playing competitive sports for over 30 years. As a result, I had to complete physical therapy. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to it, however, thanks to the staff at Atletico, I was pleasantly surprised how professional and experienced the staff was. I found the facility to be VERY clean, and I was impressed with size of the space, as well as the modern equipment and technology that was available.
