Ensure that the staff does timely billings of your insurance. After each visit, I would ask if there were any outstanding balances and I was told that the person who cares for this was out. I had explained that I didn't want to acquire any outstanding balances and would want to get in front of anything owed if my insurance didn't cover everything.
