I had an appointment with Lilian Holm to be evaluated for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Cranio Cervical Instability and to see what steps can be taken to address some neck pain and instability. I could not have been more pleased! Lilian's level of knowledge of EDS and all things hypermobility was extremely impressive. She provided me with a wealth of information and resources and most importantly -hope. It has been wonderful to find a PT who understands hypermobility and is able to work with me. Dr Holm is also a wonderful educator so I know why I am doing a certain exercise, how to isolate the muscle and how it should feel. Dr Holm also has strong knowledge of dysautonomia and some of the other strange findings I present with. Highly recommend!
I just had my first session with Lilian Holm Wellness. Dr. Holm is very knowledgeable about hypermobility syndrome. I learned a lot about my body and I'm looking forward to learning how my body can overcome the limiting symptoms that I've been dealing with these last few years. If you're experiencing symptoms from hypermobility, I'd really recommend Dr. Holm.
