I am grateful to have found Lilian Holm! Our sessions have been extremely informational, she is well versed in hypermobility and her treatment modalities are positive, affirming, and helpful. It is evident that she cares deeply, is highly knowledgeable, and she understands the patient perspective. I'm excited to see how my healing journey unfolds.
I had an appointment with Lilian Holm to be evaluated for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Cranio Cervical Instability and to see what steps can be taken to address some neck pain and instability. I could not have been more pleased! Lilian's level of knowledge of EDS and all things hypermobility was extremely impressive. It has been wonderful to find a PT who understands hypermobility and is able to work with me. Dr Holm is also a wonderful educator so I know why I am doing a certain exercise, how to isolate the muscle and how it should feel. Dr Holm also has strong knowledge of dysautonomia and some of the other strange findings I present with. Highly recommend!
