Having anxiety, receptionist Alysa and physical therapist Jordan made my visits so much more easier. Jordan was great at listening to my concerns and explained with detail the process and worked With me with great patience.
I have had the best experience here with all my different injuries Jordan is the best amd Alyssa is an amazing receptionist they become your best friends if you want to be that open otherwise if you want to just talk about and focus on therapy they do that to we joke around about i kinda live there and I only go 3 days a week but if I could go every day I wouldn't mind but whenever I have questions on a day I dont have an appointment I can call and Jordan will answer my questions. Highly recommend! Great experience after hip replacement. Jordan is knowledgeable, motivating and able to assess where I was in my recovery to keep me moving forward. Alyssa at the front desk made scheduling a breeze!
Honestly, working with Jordan has been a game changer even on the days when I am sore or tired. I know the best thing is to just show up.. Super motivated knows exactly how to push me without overdoing it. All I can hear him say is YOU’RE WELCOME! I really enjoy working with Jordan and Allissa. Jordan is very knowledgeable and answered any questions i had about injury. He is pleasant and made therapy fun and interesting. Allison is always very cheerful and welcoming. I would highly recommend for anyone needing physical therapy.
