Athletico has been amazing in my recovery from foot pain. Not only did my pain stop, but my walking has significantly improved from the exercises! I love how friendly, kind, and caring everyone was. In particular, I would like to give some praise to my physical therapists, Hannah and Sophie. They truly care about my mental and physical health and have been patient working with me. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Hannah at Atletico. From my very first appointment, they took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way I could understand. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel confident throughout my recovery. Each session was personalized to my needs, and I noticed real improvements week after week. Awful. The “ office manager” called me, proceeded to tell me that she scheduled me with a physical therapist, which she did not. She scheduled me with an assistant I talked to the manager who he could care less himself has a similarly *horrible* attitude. He then blamed me saying I “ was coming in aggressive”. So unprofessional. Basically he mimicked her - because everything is just their way or the highway. I highly would not recommend this unprofessional place.
All of the therapists and staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind and patient. They all took time getting to know me and helping to get me back to my activities. The atmosphere this is so fun. They always made me laugh.
When Chekhov saw the long winter, he saw a winter bleak and dark and bereft of hope. In many ways, sustaining an injury can feel like a winter imposed upon one’s life. But rehabbing here among the people of Athletico Buffalo Grove and basking in the warmth of their hearts as they employ their excellent expertise, I couldn't imagine a better fate than a long and lustrous winter.
