Caitlin takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns, answers my questions thoroughly, and develops treatment plans that address my individual needs. Her genuine concern for her patients’ well-being is evident in every interaction. Thanks to her expertise, professionalism, and caring approach, I have always felt supported and confident in my treatment.
I have been at this location in Bucktown doing my OT due to a work injury i sustained in late January, then I started doing PT for my knees as well a few months later. I have had nothing but appreciation to the staff here. They have made me feel a sense of confidence going back to work as well as personal activities due to their dedicated efforts in making me well and functional again. Cait was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She had my thumb back to normal. The front desk staff were also very welcoming.
I feel strong again thanks to my girl, Cait! She made every session enjoyable but also super practical and easy to translate to home exercises.
