Logan spent 8 minutes of my session hanging posters. He did not take time to look at my records - just went with the first diagnosis that he saw. After updating Logan on the reason I came to PT, he told me that there was not much he could do. He gave me a couple of exercises that I could do at home. Call if I needed anything else! Very, very disappointed as this place was recommended by Washington University.
This place is such a great option if you need Physical Therapy! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They always give you undivided attention when you are learning new excercises or stretches. The massages help the pain and tightness. I came in unable to lift my arm above my head without pain and am almost fully functional with a few more sessions to go!
I'm not crying! You're crying! I'm so sad my therapy sessions are ending! This is the best physical therapy team EVER! Autumn, Jaden and everyone that works at the Belleville facility are the best EVER! Caring, professional, knowledgeable. If you get to work with them, YOU ARE LUCKY!!!!
Logan and Jaden are ahhhmazing!! Thank-You so much in helping my husband heal post-op! Love the caring and fun atmosphere!
