This is not my first review of Athletico in Bannockburn. It has been one year since my Total Knee Replacement (TKR), and now I’m returning due to a Total Shoulder Reversal (TSR). It was common sense, a no-brainer to return to the facility that provided me with superior physical therapy. As with my knee, my primary therapist was Caroline, but what impressed me the most is that they use a team approach, Danielle, Susie, Christine, Bill, the Clinic Manager. The Athletico Bannockburn has a welcoming and positive atmosphere. I am working with Bill who has a positive and encouraging attitude. Because of this, I am staying motivated throughout my therapy. He is always professional and punctual. I am extremely satisfied with my results thus far and highly recommend Bill and his staff.
