I gave the place 2 stars because Tyler, the manager at the front desk, is wonderful. Medina is an attentive PT assistant. I previously had a decent experience with Andrew, but he moved to California (lucky!). Because Andrew moved, I was paired with Jennifer Short. She was great until she wasn't. When I missed an appointment that was based on a re-scheduled appointment because I was out sick twice (once with covid and the other with a cold), I was quietly, and without any notice, penalized with a fee upon receiving my final b... read more
I have worked with Jenny, Marissa, John and Tuan pre-op and post op. They have all been great. Knowledgeable, focusing on my specific needs and helping to modify as necessary outside of the sessions. Ty is always so positive and friendly. The entire team has a collaborative vibe and are patient centered. Highly recommended this location.
Best physical therapy place ever! The therapists are expertly skilled, professional, friendly, encouraging and good listeners. Marissa and Jenny are outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and encouraging, with a family-like vibe, good equipment well laid out and a varied music rotation. Ty and the other receptionists are well organized, always helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible with the practice's busy schedule. Thanks to this team I am motivated and making good progress with my recovery.
