I had a wonderful experience with physical therapy here with the Andersonville South team! Everyone on the team, from the PTs to to PT assistants, were nothing but kind and helpful throughout the process. While the team is often very busy with clients, they still find the time to make everyone feel seen and feel like their needs are taken seriously. I cannot recommend this location enough!
I attended PT sessions here over a couple of months and had nothing but positive experiences. Ty at the front desk always greeted me with a smile. Xavier always talked to me about my week. Jonathan and Jenny(/i), my therapists, always engaged me where I was and helped me steadily regain confidence, mobility, and strength. I just graduated from PT for my lower back. I had a great experience at Athletico. The Andersonville South location has a relaxed, friendly, and positive vibe. The staff are all friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy working alongside each other. I worked with multiple therapists, all of whom were good. My primary PT was Christopher who in particular was caring and attentive. While my sessions were all challenging workouts, Christopher checked in on me during each exercise about how it felt. I gave the place 2 stars because Tyler, the manager at the front desk, is wonderful. Medina is an attentive PT assistant. I previously had a decent experience with Andrew, but he moved to California (lucky!). Because Andrew moved, I was paired with Jennifer Short. She was great until she wasn't. When I missed an appointment that was based on a re-scheduled appointment because I was out sick twice (once with covid and the other with a cold), I was quietly, and without any notice, penalized with a fee upon receiving my final b... read more
I have worked with Jenny, Marissa, John and Tuan pre-op and post op. They have all been great. Knowledgeable, focusing on my specific needs and helping to modify as necessary outside of the sessions. Ty is always so positive and friendly. The entire team has a collaborative vibe and are patient centered. Highly recommended this location.
