I had a really wonderful experience at this Athletico. Every single staff member showed great care and patience with everything they do. I actually looked forward to my appointments every week! Thank you to Jenny and Marissa and the whole team for making this experience as painless (pun intended?) as possible. If I ever need physical therapy again I have no hesitations about coming back to Athletico.
I’m a new patient at this Athletico. I must say I spoke with Ty Russell over the telephone first and he was extremely polite and very kind . Then when I arrived for my appointment he was the exact same way. He goes above and beyond to assist you . He knew everyone that came in by name . Ty customer exude great customer service skills which are top tier. The other staff are Also very nice and welcoming as well. Highly recommended! I had tendonitis in my shoulder and some tearing in my Achilles heel (a running injury). I worked with Physical Therapist Tuan Vo over several months, and I'm essentially back to normal. Tuan and his support staff, including Ty, are absolutely the best - thanks to everyone there!
Two trips here and i was fixed. Went from Tin Man to Hercules.
I’ve been in PT on and off for 5 years through many surgeries, and I go out of my way to come to this clinic even though others are closer - the staff is amazing, the care is above and beyond, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Ty and Tuan are especially helpful, kind and supportive, in addition to Steph, Nathan and the rest of the team. Will continue to get my care here!
