Be careful with this gym. They have a small print somewhere in their policy that cancellations can only be done online. The problem is that it's not easy to find where to cancel. When I called for assistance, I got nothing. I sent an email to cancel, and they said I couldn't. I wasn't going to renew my membership, so I stopped payment and now they sent a collection agency after me.EOS is a better gym, cleaner and better managed.Warning, stay away from Athletica!
