I've been seeing David Gibson for 6 months and I couldn't be feeling any better. I see David three times a week and I am fitter, healthier and more energetic. I am 46 and David knows that when you are older you have different training needs, so for especially the older folks he would be a great trainer. I'm lucky I found Dave! I've been learning/training with Dave Gibson for 4 months. Not only is he professional, but he is very caring and interested in my success. Dave is a motivator and very positive person. When I first started, Dave assessed my needs and told me what I had to do.
