My son absolutely loves this place! They gear the workouts to help athletes thrive within their specific sports. Coach Abbey and the rest of the staff are great. They make all the kids feel welcome and motivate them to be their best. After only a couple of weeks, we have already seen my son become faster and stronger. He enjoys the workouts with other kids and does not want to miss a day. I highly recommend AR!

It has been an amazing experience working out with Tara😁 she really knows how to motivate and I love the workouts she puts together. Highly recommend this fitness center👍

This is my son’s first summer training at Athletic Republic Academy. It was the best decision we could make. My sons have had a wonderful experience at Athletic Republic Cary. From the very first session, the coaches made them feel welcome, motivated, and excited to train. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about helping each athlete improve. I have watched my Son morph in to a complete athlete in the last 6 months. With hockey being his primary sport, and soccer being his secondary sport, we were looking to maximize ROI with such little extra time between seasons. Metrics and science based training and proprietary equipment provided at AR have no doubt been behind his gains.
