If I could give 10 stars, I would. The team at Athletic Republic really is amazing and they do an incredible job of welcoming in people of any fitness level. The workouts are challenging and fun. The staff, especially Tara, are encouraging and skilled. And they - along with the community you build while you’re working out - somehow make a hard workout the highlight of your day.
Love the small group fitness classes. They are challenging for the fittest while “doable” for those just getting back in shape. Tara is an all-aroubd EXCEPTIONAL trainer, from her thoughtful (and never the same!!) workout design … to her attention to form… to her demeanor which is the perfect blend of demanding and encouraging…. she is GREAT.
My partner and I have been to a couple classes and are hooked! Tara is a great trainer, and we like how adaptable the workout sessions are.
I'm going on my 3rd month here at Athletic Republic, attending the Adult Fitness classes. I did a lot of research and visited several local fitness clubs, but this one by far, stands out from the rest. All of the staff is organically friendly and supportive in your personal goals and capabilities, very clean facility and equipment, fair pricing, and they play really good music to keep you motivated!
