I have watched my Son morph in to a complete athlete in the last 6 months. With hockey being his primary sport, and soccer being his secondary sport, we were looking to maximize ROI with such little extra time between seasons. Metrics and science based training and proprietary equipment provided at AR have no doubt been behind his gains. We drive through this special place everyday on our way to and back from school and only 3 month ago had the wisdom to go in.... this super welcoming special "gym" is definitely not like other places... Everyone there is so welcoming & encouraging, so many options to all levels! I do twice a week personal training and my 8 year old son is doing a weekly class .... we both enjoy every minute, getting stronger and feeling this empowering process we are jn.... I highly recommend jumping in and try!

Me and my wife joined Athletic Republic AR Fit classes coming from not exercising in a while. It was the best decision we could make, getting back in shape felt like a hurdle, but at this gym the classes were dynamic enough that allowed us to see the improvement as we got stronger. Huge shoutou to the trainers who always made us feel welcomed and engaged, providing guidance on how to improve on the exercises! 10/10 reccomend!
