Today was our first experience there getting my high school freshman shoes for cross country. Tim was so helpful and knowledgeable. While there we chatted with the most wonderful man. He was getting running shoes too and was just the sweetest guy. When we were about to go he told my son and daughter what great kids they were and that he wanted to buy my son his cross country shoes. I recently visited looking for a metatarsal pad for my son to use playing football. It's only a $5 item but owner, Tim Ketron, went to great lengths to describe how important it is to use it correctly and even provided me with an sample insert and a drawing to help me help my son. Now that's customer service!!!!
