The gym itself is small and very nice but administration/billing is a mess. I was mistakenly charged last month for a membership after cancelling. I was refunded the full amount plus $30 extra which I had assumed was the “credit” she spoke about in our emails because I was mistakenly billed in the first place. A MONTH later I’m randomly debited $30 and Lisa says it was all a mistake in the first place and that it cancels out. What??? Don’t play with people’s money like that.
