I had worked out at home with what I would consider a pretty gym setup with a mixture of free weights (dumbells up to 100 lbs, plates up to 400 lbs, and a machine with 1:1 cable weighted dual 200 lbs stacks). The AM team is the best! I moved to Athletic Mentors after working out at Orange Theory, various bootcamp and CrossFit gyms and on my own. The personal attention and customization at AM has been a game changer and I’ve seen more progress than ever before. Outstanding people all around. I worked with Kathy Braginton to prep for a half Ironman (also, a thank you to Dom for organizing my strength training). While I've trained myself in the past for sprints, olympics (including USAT age group nationals), and even another half iron as recently as last year, I've never been better prepared for an event than I was after Kathy's coaching.
