I cannot say enough good things about Athletic Mentors and my trainer Meghan. I live about 100 miles from the nearest AM facility, so most of my interactions have been remote although I visit to get Vo2 Max tests, body composition tests and to have my lifting form checked a couple of times a year. Meghan and I meet on a regular basis via video chat, and we use the time to review what has worked and what hasn't. I cannot say enough good things about athletic mentors in Richland Michigan! I never would’ve thought to sign up in any kind of gym Especially at my age but the day that I decided to go in and was greeted with such kindness and shown the amazing equipment that they have, I thought this is just where I’m supposed to be..
