Omg!! My blood sugar was 210 at lunch today. After a 90 min massage with deep cleaning spray and oils my blood sugar was 90!! I had to take it twice!!! Thank you Athletes4Life!!
I truly enjoyed my experience here with Jim. He did such a wonderful job explaining everything that he was doing for me. The benefits from these treatments are outstanding! I cannot wait to go back next week

I suffer from chronic back pain and carry a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders. I've tried many places before and hands down this is the best place! Kristen is AWESOME and so is the rest of the staff. She focused in on my trouble areas and really made a difference in how I felt. I will definitely keep coming back.

This is by far the best massage I have ever had. It incorporates stretching and essential oils to help heal sore muscles. Perfect for athletes or anyone that is hard on their body or looking to heal their body.

I received a traumatic brain while serving active duty in the Navy once I was released from the VA medical center I had extreme pain stiffness thus could not fully use my body I began seeing Jim he loosened me up a whole lot made me stronger and took away the pain I go to athletes4life nowadays and get better every time!!
