I broke my elbow about 8 months prior to my first visit and struggled with range of motion and pain/soreness. After 6 visits I was able to gain back most of my range of motion and I’m never concerned with pain or soreness!!! Great team and well worth it!!
Game changer! If you’re somebody in pain, looking to improve your athletic performance or overall physique - this is the place! Every trainer is extremely knowledgeable and will tailor your therapy to YOU! There’s a wealth of knowledge in this building to make sure you get back to feeling right. Not to mention the vibe in the office is always peak as well. An appointment I look forward to going to. Stop what you’re doing and get scheduled!
I absolutely loved going to Athletes' Edge. Laurel did absolutely an amazing job. I initially came in for knee pain and within, I think, a month it was gone. I learned a lot beyond just fixing my knee pain and how to prevent injuries in the future. She also helped improve my form when it came to strength training. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Trax. After my proximal hamstring repair, I spent months with another physical therapist and unfortunately started regressing instead of improving.
