I had been dealing with chronic shoulder pain for months that was keeping me from exercising normally, particularly yoga. Laurel helped me figure out what poses were exacerbating the injury and the modifications I needed to make. Over the course of 10 sessions, we started with the shoulder and worked our way down my body to multiple pain spots. Doing exercises during our sessions, and then repeating them at home with the help of their app with videos and photos, was key to my recovery. Laurel also helped me make adjustments ... read more

I cannot say enough great things about Trax. From day one, he’s been incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my current injuries and injury history as a powerlifter. The improvement I’ve seen under his care has been unreal and beyond what I expected to achieve in several months time. He really cares about his patients and pushes them within their capabilities. I trusted the process and couldn’t recommend Trax and Athlete’s Edge enough!

Working with Emily was an absolute pleasure and an 11/10 experience. I walked in with hip issues and back tightness caused by muscle overactivity that I had dealt with for years, and I was frustrated with my limits in the gym. Emily didn't just treat the pain; she fixed my movement patterns and rib cage mobility. I’m now lifting heavy again with great form and feel much more stable. Truly an incredible experience that got me back on track!

I am leaving be able to deadlift my body weight but more importantly with the home exercises and knowledge needed to prevent future injury. They take a comprehensive approach that includes dry needling/cupping if you are interested in those treatments as well. The level of care Emily displayed was like no other-it was clear she was personally invested in my progress and get... read more

As a former athlete in my younger years, I’ve battled through a torn ACL, two torn menisci, a torn hip labrum, and a facet joint issue. For years, I believed my best days were behind me. Even with a personal trainer, I couldn’t break through the limitations these injuries imposed. Then I started working with Trax. Over the past year, he’s helped me identify and correct imbalances, strengthen undertrained muscles, and rebuild my foundation. At 45, thanks to his guidance and my own training, I’m now the strongest I’ve ever bee... read more
