He takes the time to explain everything clearly and walks you through each step of the process, which makes you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. I would definitely recommend Athlete’s Care in Whitby to anyone looking for physiotherapy. If you visit, be sure to ask for Yasir—you won’t be disappointed!
Pooja does a great job working out the area that is injured which is my knee and making sure I’m doing the exercises correctly

I have been doing physiotherapy at Athlete’s care for almost two months and I can say I am very satisfied with the services. I have multiple injuries from different sports and I was really sure what to expect. I am working with Pooja. She is very knowledgeable not only in rehab exercises but also the actual sport itself. She takes her time explaining things every session. My physiotherapy exercises are appropriately progressed with every visit. Facility is also amazing. 10/10!
I went to this clinic and was seen by Yasir. He is an excellent physiotherapist and really helped with fixing my tendonitis. I definitely recommend him.
