I had a great experience with Tom Bennett. I went to see Tom after pain in my Achilles started to present itself after my runs. I was concerned due to a half-marathon I was planning to run. Thankfully, he was able to find that the problem was due to weak muscles in my hips. In addition to that, we did shock wave therapy, and my heels felt great within 3 sessions. I just ran my half-marathon 2 days ago without pain!! Very thankful for Tom and the team!
I had been living with lower back pain for months and it was slowly getting worse to the point it was limiting my movement. After 4 visits with Tom Bennett at Athlete’s Care Sports Medicine my back was feeling much better and almost back to normal. Tom is very knowledgeable and was quick to identify the issue and come up with solutions to treat it.
I am so pleased with the care I received from Michael Thornton, a physiotherapist at your clinic. I appreciated his holistic and thorough approach as well as his kindness and humour. Would highly recommend Athlete's Care. I had ACL reconstruction in November and was guided through my recovery and rehab by Steven Schan. He took the time to listen to my past sporting experience, future goals, and desire to ensure I could do everything I could to ensure knee health going forward.
