Excellent Experience! My right hip was restored to full mobility after six sessions - what a relief. Tom was awesome!
Terrible customer service! After having received 2 emails reminding me of my appointment, I arrived a few minutes early. No one was at the reception desk. Finally someone came and I was guided to an examination room. I waited there for 20 minutes and after no one came to consult and treat my injury, I walked out...deeply disappointed, still in discomfort and annoyed.
I had my first physiotherapy appointment with Mark and he was stellar! I came to him after my back spasmed and not only did he relieve my pain, but he walked me through the process of strengthening my back to avoid future injuries. The level of care and attentiveness he provided was amazing. He explained each step of the process step by step, which helped me understand what was happening with my back and why. Mark is very kind, professional and incredibly thorough. I can’t recommend him enough!
I saw Mark Attia, physiotherapist for ongoing back pain, and the treatment has made a big difference. They were very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and gave me effective exercises that really helped. My pain has improved a lot – highly recommend!
