I used to go to the Beaches location which is all recently renovated and has great customer service. I made an app here for a 30 min massage, got there 15 min early and the location was closed, someone arrived to open it like 2 min before my appointment and the RMT wasn’t there. The location itself is quite rundown, and the room where I had the massage was not in great shape, not a particularly inviting or cozy massage environment. Edit; Brian is still the best physio and have recommended him to friends who are regular patients of his now, and I recently sought RMT treatment from Ed and he is fantastic. And of course, the front desk staff, Monique and Summer are awesome ladies. It’s been almost a decade I’ve been coming here. My physiotherapist is truly the best at tackling my chronic back pain. I highly recommend Athlete’s Care, particularly Rostam. He is very meticulous in how he assesses, tests, and identifies the root cause of an issue, and his explanations throughout the process are always clear. His communication around next steps and which exercises to focus on is top tier. The treatment he provided gave me lasting relief and helped me make real progress toward addressing the problems I was dealing with. The team here is exceptional. I cannot say enough incredible things about the care I received from Katherine. I was suffering from chronic pain for over a year, with little to no relief. Under her care I've been able to not only live pain-free but also build a closer connection with my movement patterns. Thank you Katherine for all that you do!
