I've seen two different physiotherapists here over the course of two years and both have been fantastic. I most recently saw Jadd for a torn rotator cuff. On every visit he would review my progress so he had a benchmark to compare and was always working with me to update my take-home exercises. I liked how he would remove and add new ones as my healing progressed. As an aside he is also super personable and gave me some great recommendations on fitness tracking apps. Dr. Rebecca Temertzoglou is a licensed chiropractor at Athlete's Care Sports Medicine Centres - Leaside. I went to see her because I experienced pain at the base of my big toe. Rebecca did a thorough examination and determined I have "turf toe." It occurs when the front of the foot is fixed on the ground while the heel is lifted, and force is applied, pushing the toe into extreme extension.
