I was hesitant about physio, but after just two sessions with Anson, I'm really glad I took the leap. He's easy to talk to, explains things clearly without overloading you with medical jargon, and takes the time to actually understand your situation. He pinpointed exactly what was causing my shoulder pain and hip tightness, and laid out a clear, personalized plan from there. If you're considering physio, I'd highly recommend booking a session with Anson! 🐐🐐
I have had a lot of physiotherapy in my life and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here! Anson helped me return to physical activity after I was diagnosed with arthritis. Sessions were very informative and homework exercises were provided that generated significant improvement. I am very thankful for the improvements made with Anson's assistance!
The staff are all are very friendly, however I wanted to specifically write this review to show my appreciation and express my gratitude for Tanya Reid, who I've been seeing for a few years now and only have great things to say. Worked with Anson on some Physiotherapy to rehab my hip flexor/quad. Would highly recommend him and the team over there.
