RecommendedIn January of 2019 I had surgery on my knee, the Doctor questioned me at length do to my age of 68 and doing Triathlons. Lou Lou did a Great job. Even running one day a week 3 to 5 miles along with swimming and biking. Thank you Athletes Advantage
