Stopped by the Athleta store yesterday in a total rush, needed a pair of pants and a tee immediately and had to wear them out the door lol. Found exactly what I needed, got a discount, and left super happy. Huge shoutout to Coco (you're the best!). She was so kind and helpful, and totally saved me by finding the pants in my size.
I recently walked into the Fillmore Athleta store 30 minutes before close. I was just perusing. Wasn’t looking for anything specifically - just wanted to pop in and browse. I have never written anything negative, but this experience really shook me.
