This store is beautifully curated and visually appealing, with an elevated aesthetic that draws you in - until you actually handle the fabrics or try pieces on. Many of the items I picked up were polyester blends that lack the structure, drape, and refinement you’d expect at this price point. The tee I tried on, in particular, fell flat in both fit and finish and felt noticeably less polished than it appeared on display. This Athleta is beautifully organized and eye catching on entrance. The staff is warm and super knowledgeable. They work together to get answers and recommendations. One person stands out from all, though. Maria is clearly in total leadership mode. She makes the moves to execute efficiently. She thinks independently for solutions. I had one garment that was not available here, but at the Embarcadero Store. We bought it through them and they’re shipping it to my home. Now, you may be saying, what’s the big deal? Maria was SUPER helpful! I was in a hurry and she got me outfits specifically for teaching Pilates and then for my hip hop class. She was thoughtful about how hot I would get and what material worked best. She was quick and that's what I needed! I had to be out of there to pick up my Mom at the medical bldg and parking was running out. Maria was kind and happy . She checked ongetting sizes after a short time so I wasn't waiting. Closed but it says open on Apple Maps. There’s a sign on the door that says to knock which I must have misinterpreted but beware you will deal with attitude if you do :/
