Worst experience ever. Avoid this location. Love the clothes but the customer service is horrible. Trying to return a gift of 2 shirts and leggings and instead of getting help to get store credit and purchase more clothes I keep getting a rude attitude. Downtown location is much nicer and will take returns easily. The store manager Shelly at Stonebriar wasn't any help either, same bad attitude.
I rarely write reviews, but I have to say I have always had an excellent experience with Athleta, both with online ordering and in the Stonebriar store. I love that I can shop in peace, but when I do need assistance, someone is always there to help. I hate shopping in stores where someone is always hovering. There is definitely the right amount of customer service at Athleta. I also recently had a lost package from an online order, and Athleta took care of it for me immediately.
