"When it comes to raising my daughters, I know they are watching how I treat my body. I think a lot about what actions, mindsets, and behaviors I want to model for them as young women. When it comes to fitness and wellness, I want my girls to look back and remember me talking about being strong, capable, and healthy. I want them to remember I was focused not on what my body looked like, but how it felt and what it could do." - Under the Sycamore #athletagirl #powerofshe
