It's no longer safe here. dumpster area is always a mess. Cars drive at high speed through the parking areas, and e-scooters rush along the sidewalks. At night, a large rock was thrown into the window of one apartment. Evenings are very noisy, and many recent arrivals behave in a very disruptive way.
