RecommendedWe love our stay at Atherton. Recently moved and this apartment community is excellent. The staff at the leasing office went out of their way to help assure a swift move in. They are always there to cater to your doubts and everyone is professional and cordial. We got our apartment keys at the promised date and time. The apartment was clean and a nice upgrade. I love living at the Atherton. The neighborhood is very quiet and always kept clean and looking very nice. I live on the top floor and love it. There are no elevators which makes for a lot of trips to and from the car sometimes, but all the other positives outweigh the stairs. Love it here and excited that I renewed my lease!

Great place to live in terms of location, quality of apartment, facilities and amenities. I think it’s a fabulous place and would highly recommend. No cons honestly

Friendly staff and great apartment amenities! We had a year lease and never had any major issues, all minor issues were addressed immediately. Overall, we are very happy with our time at Atherton and would highly recommend it!
So far it’s been pleasant. A couple of noisy dogs and thin walls but what do you expect. I wish they would do at least one community event or host events regularly for residents. It’s mostly them up-selling a new service/feature they offer.
Awesome staff, great management! There's not a better place to rent from.
The Atherton is the place to BE in Frisco! Absolutely Gorgeous!! �
