Kara might be a wonderful caring person But did not seem such to me Renters can do better elsewhere
I lived at the Athens Townhomes almost 10 years ago and it was a good experience. Seeing the new remodels now makes it look like a different place! I know Kara, the property manager, from living at Athena Garden apartments. She takes very good care of her residents and is diligent any time there may be an issue. If you’re ever in the market searching for a home, definitely check out the townhomes!
