I have loved living here for the past 2 years. Kara the property manager has been extremely helpful and has always answered promptly to any issues. The apartment itself was beautiful. The unit I'm in is upgraded and it has had very few issues and all issues were quickly resolved by maintenance. I would highly recommend this property.
Kara is the absolute best!!! I was rushed in trying to find a place to live because of work and she went above and beyond to help me. The town home is super nice and clean and I would recommend them to everyone. Great location to everything you would want to do in Athens.
Always very on top of things peaceful area but close to many things. Management is amazing and very helpful.If you need anything or have questions they are amazing and pretty quick to respond.Very nice apartments.
