We originally went to Athens RV to see about having some work done on our old 5th wheel. By the time we left we had signed the papers on a new Durango. We had a few issues with the trailer, they were manufacturing problems. They were taken care of and we are now starting to really enjoy the trailer. I have nothing but good things to say about the sales and the service personnel and I will gladly recommend them to anyone.
My wife and I have made a couple of visits here and other places to look at a few Rvs..haven't had her make up her mind which one she wants..but have decided it when she does,we will be using Athens RV..Very pleased with the customer service..if you don't like these guys..you are just hard to please
Most pathetic ran business ever. The owner could care less that his employees know nothing about what they sell. As long as he gets his money, he's happy.
Great people, great ownership. They do what they say they will do, they take care of the customer.
Took my toy hauler (didn't purchase it from Athens rv) in with the main ac units not cooling and it was three days before we left on a one week trip. Wendy made several phone calls to dometic and went above and beyond to make sure my trailer was fixed well before we left for our trip. Great customer service!
