A mistake perhaps? – Clearly the reviewer must have gone to one of the other establishments in town named "athens pizza." Athens Pizza House of Decatur has the best crust I have ever eaten on a pizza in my life. I heartily recommend Athens for anyone looking for good greek/italian food served as if you're a member of the family.
Disagree 110% – I find it very hard to believe that whoever wrote Athens Pizza up actually ate there. This restaraunt has a true family atmosphere, excellent staff, a great greek salad, excellent pizza, and some of the best desserts. The food is reasonably priced and is extremely flavorable - in fact, very different from cardboard. Athens could have made a bad pizza. BEST PIZZA IN GEORGIA – I am from New England, lived here in Georgia 12 years now, thank god i finally found some good pizza. I love the pisticcio too. I was not crazy about the house salad dressing on my greek salad, i wish it was sweeter and more flavorful,,but i am glad i can enjoy great pizza and pisticcio without having to get on an airplane to BOSTON. I HIGHLY recomend this place to anyone.
Super food, atmosphere! – Quaint, upscale location where you still feel comfortable in jeans and a T-Shirt. Great food delivered promptly by courteous servers. Cold beer, freshly made tea and incredible Greek salads - what more could you ask for on a Friday night outing!
