Nathan is the best! Super informative, always takes time to answer any and all questions! Personally calls when a prescription is ready, or is due for a refill. Never had a problem with insurance billing. Excellent customer service!!!

I live in Springfield and heard about the pharmacy selling the CBD product. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was very friendly and knowledgeable on the product. Never did I feel rushed by him while on the phone. His customer service did not stop there. On Saturday I arrived at the pharmacy after they had closed. As I was in the parking lot trying to see the hours they were open,Nathan came outside and invited us in. Nathan is by far the best pharmacist I’ve ever known! He’s very knowledgeable and personable! My prescriptions have drastically dropped in price and if they don’t have something I need in stock, they have it the next day. Switching to Athens Pharmacy is one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Went in today to finally get our prescriptions transferred. Nathan made the process VERY EASY and just needed some basic information. Hi all. Just want to share this. If you have allergies. Nathan has essential oils. The eucalyptus oil has my sinuses clearer than the have been in years. It reasonably priced. Thanks Nathan

Nathan is a fantastic pharmacist! He takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. Anytime I've needed something that was "over the counter" that wasn't in stock, I've been able to get it the next day. They accept state employee MCAP and our prescriptions are cheaper here than at Walgreens! Such a wonderful service for our community.
