I got an appointment with Athens Overhead Door more than a week in advance. The day of the appointment I called to confirm. They promised to be there between 1 and 5 p.m.. At 4:50, after waiting in vain all afternoon, I called to find out what was going on. After several minutes on hold, ******** said the technician was running about an hour late but was still coming.
