I have never felt so rushed and uncomfortable being in an establishment as I did today the front desk staff was awesome and Sasha was absolutely FABULOUS she tried her hardest to get me seen but the other staff just wanted to go home I never been to an urgent care who don't want to see patients because they had a MRI but no report was available but If I came into urgent care that means im in pain and hurting and could careless about a mri report. I would personally like to thank the staff at Athens Ortho urgent care who treated my Grandson of 6yrs this afternoon 7/9/25. He has a broken arm and all staff did amazing to help him and make him feel comfortable. I would specifically like to give the radiologist a special thank you for how he was handled and moved around for the X-rays. Not one tear or cry in pain as his little arm was gently maneuvered into the positions for the X-rays. He loves the stickers and the slappy hand. WORST PLACE EVER!!! My husband was seen at the Urgent care by Alan the PA. Alan burst in the room loud talking giving my husband his diagnosis NEVER ONCE asked any questions on what happened just assumed my husband extended his arm to catch himself. No not the case he slipped down the ladder on his work truck. More loud talking blah blah from Alan the PA but never any real medical care or concern. My wife was in to see Brandon today about her neck issues. Got x-rays he was so good to her showed compassion gave her several options to help get her relief. He was so knowledgeable and took time to explain to us what was happening. We were so appreciative of his kindness and professional service. I would highly recommend Athens orthopedic and if it's neck and back see Brandon thanks for taking care of my wife. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star.
