I called to make an appointment and they tell me they are having higher than normal wait times ?? What? this is a doctor office patients should NEVER have to wait to contact someone about their ILLNESS!! My very busy personal doctor has 3-5 people that strictly answer calls, I never wait and they answer on the first ring. Athens Neurological needs to get with the program they are providing care for sick people not selling tickets to a rodeo!! Absolutely horrible!!
I have been going to Dr Mitchell for 4+ years. He is patient and understands the disease well, and it is not a common ailment. His nurse is THE BEST.
