Clean and quiet. Never see anyone out much but people seem to know what others are doing. Update: don't disagree with an alcoholic or you will get yelled at and then he will try his best to turn others against you.. Don't sit in a mentally ill person's porch chair without asking because you will get yelled at and accused of being disrespectful. I love my new apartment here. Very clean and cozy and a very quiet neighborhood. I also feel safe because they have security cameras. I feel very fortunate to have found such a nice place.
