College and high school members BEWARE! Worked out a few months here before headed back to college in WV. Cancelled my membership – the way I was told - but they continued to charge me – for 6 months!!! Had no record of the cancel they said. How about I specifically say in an email "CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP PLEASE" - as I am 150 miles away at school! Nope - they had to have a piece of paper :) When they couldn’t charge my credit card any longer they still ran up charges – and then turned them over to a collection agency! ... read more
