They upcharged me $10. from the tagged flower arrangement amount, without mentioning. She told me they would take a picture of the arrangement (with beautiful flower buds) that I liked so they could duplicate it for delivery which would be 4 days from purchase because they would not be able to deliver before then - inclement weather & because they close on Saturday. As a brand new customer and living 6hrs away- I struggle at times to choose specialty, service driven retail. This was a fantastic pick for me, and reminds me of my florist back home. Will definitely use often- impeccable timing and service. AAA+++
