Never seems to be anybody at work here can't get a hold of anybody I guess I'm going to have to drive 2 hours to bring somebody else my business pretty sad

Started bad ended bad !Took a drive shaft in to be repaired ! First took a week just to catch up to someone at this business ! Then 2 1/2 weeks to get it back only to find out it’s 1 1/2 inches longer then the original size. ! So everyone makes mistakes no big deal so I try calling and nothing so I leave a message and nothing ! Several messages and nothing ! I understand mistakes but not making it right is a joke ! So won’t be using them again and either will anyone else I know ! Very sad
