Scammed us out of our security deposit; refused to give one until we bugged him several days in a row after being ignored. Charged for 12 hours of cleaning when the property was left spotless and for a utility bill occurring after our lease ended. Security deposit was returned after the legal 30 day window. We have picture evidence and will be pursuing the issue.
