Insurance sent notice that Dr. Robbins billed more than agreed on 12/15/2016 for an office visit in September 2015 resulting in a credit on my account of $150.75. Worked with a billing office staff member from December 2016 through March 2017 with no resolution. On my next call to office was told that person no longer worked there and so I was passed to the "Office Manager". She asked for time to review and she would call me back and has not done so. Dr. Robbin's is an awesome Dr. He and his nurses are wonderful, professional, and kind. He made me and my daughter laugh the whole time and made her feel at ease while tending to her broke hand. That means alot to me, he knows what he is doing and has fun doing it! And HE IS PROFESSIONAL! Thank you Robin Powers.

I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them zero! Very unprofessional horrible wait times rude nurses and dr robins doesn't even look at you just stares at your chart and says see you next month.

Was wanting in the office my appointment was 3:30 and there were people coming in with later appointments done been there a hr still was told had 3 ahead of me and he was my grandma's doctor to and didn't do the best job with her so I suggest noone go there

They make u an apt. Then when u go, the office is still closed and they give no phone call or any kind of warning or even try to reschedule u in advance. I work 3rd shift so when I get off go home and change and stay awake the extra hour so I can drive here for my apt and not even be open that's just bs. when u schedule an apt for 9 am and ur office is supposed to open at 830 and yet at 910 ur still closed what kind of crap is that?
